1. Business Development
- Develop business objectives and plans in the fields of Freight Transport, Warehousing, and Logistics, creating a competitive advantage through superior service quality
- Manage and lead personnel within the Logistics Operations division of the company.
- Be accountable to the owner for the company’s business results; perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, streamline operations to ensure smooth functionality.
2. Operations Management
- Manage customer service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and overseeing customer relationship management resources.
- Supervise service quality through customer feedback and participation.
- Oversee the operations of support departments within the office
3. Internal Management
- Develop and enhance internal processes, conducting regular evaluations and continuously improving workflows and innovations.
- Supervise the activities of departments, ensuring progress, quality, and staff performance are optimized.
- Advise and build an effective team of personnel to ensure smooth and efficient company
- Graduated in Economics, International Trade, Transportation, or related fields.
- At least 10 years working in logistics/ shippin industry with alternative positions
- 5 years in an executive role (e.g., Business Development Director, Deputy General Director... in logistics service companies)
- Good attitude toward superiors, subordinates, and peers
- Excellence entrepreneurial, leadership, communication and negotiation skill
- Proactive and determined, able to bring about significant changes in the company and create a fresh dynamic.
