We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our online business. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from strategy development to execution.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce success.
E-commerce Operations:
Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on our e-commerce platform.
Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and customer service operations.
Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with Communication Team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvement.
UX/UI Design:
Collaborate with designers & website development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile app.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Collaborate with CRM team to implement and manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Team Management:
Collaborate with e-commerce professionals, including marketing specialists, customer service representatives, and developers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving online sales and increasing revenue.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Haravan, Shopify,…).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
