Job Description
1. eCommerce Strategy & Performance
- Lead the development and implementation of the global and regional eCommerce strategy.
- Drive online sales growth through user experience optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalized marketing techniques.
- Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets to maximize ROI and profi tability.
- Implement best practices for SEO, paid search, and affi liate marketing.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure website performance aligns with KPIs.
2. Global and Regional eCommerce Growth
- Expand the brand's eCommerce footprint locally and globally.
- Partner with regional teams to tailor eCommerce strategies for local markets.
- Manage relationships with third-party eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
3. Brand Strategy and Execution
- Implement global marketing strategies, integrating digital and traditional platforms.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with eCommerce, IT, logistics, and customer service to align marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing and eCommerce calendars for consistent communication.
5. Digital Transformation & Optimization
- Guide digital and eCommerce transformation, focusing on data-driven strategies.
- Leverage technology to enhance productivity and sales.
6. eCommerce Analytics and Insights
- Track and report on eCommerce performance KPIs, such as conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and CLV.
- Use data insights to drive segmentation and personalization.
7. Innovative Marketing Solutions
- Implement innovative marketing and eCommerce strategies to enhance engagement and performance.
Job Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related fi eld; Master or MBA preferred.
● 10 years of experience in a senior role within the luxury goods, or consumer brands industry.
● Profi ciency in eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
● Strong understanding of eCommerce, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional and global teams.
● Creativity, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
● Strong understanding of customer preferences and market trends in the Asia region.
