The EHS Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, maintaining workplace safety, and effectively managing EHS-related procedures, including contract renewals, government reporting, and waste management.
1. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure timely contract renewals and manage the contract payment process for EHS-related services.
Prepare and submit reports to government agencies (EHS, Fire Prevention, Environmental Protection, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain and update EHS records, permits, and licenses in accordance with local regulations.
2. Safety Supervision & Fire Prevention
Oversee safety activities in the workplace, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of fire prevention equipment and coordinate maintenance activities as required.
Assist in emergency response planning and organize fire drills and safety training sessions.
3. Waste & Environmental Management
Manage waste transfer documentation and ensure proper waste handover processes.
Monitor Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Support environmental sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in waste and energy management.
4. Training & Continuous Improvement
Assist in developing and conducting EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
Support audits and inspections to identify EHS risks and improvement areas.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure EHS policies are integrated into daily operations.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge: Familiarity with local EHS laws and regulations (environmental protection, fire safety, waste management, etc.).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
