Job Description

Process Management

• Supports Environmental training preparation and execution.
• Assists CSR manager and employees training and development (awareness, behavior) in
• Environmental Management.
• Advise and support the site management team on all Environmental issues within their areas of
• responsibility (incl. accidents investigations, risk assessments).
• Monitor, track and ensure legal compliance for such areas.
• Monitor, track and collect the data to complete the GHG report.
• Person in charge for environment module and related issues in ESG.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
• Performance Management
• Responsible for Environmental data reporting to Senior CSR Manager.
• Supports and performs local Environmental performance reviews, identify trends, initiates and
• participates in problem solving activities.
• Conducting all Environmental projects (ESG, GHG, Carbon footprint, BEPI, Higg, etc.)
• Supports local Management teams liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure their
• compliance with local systems.
• Responsible to manage the local plan of Environmental audits.
• Participate in cross audits.
• Advises and is a member of the local Crisis Management Team or/and Emergency Response Team
• in case of critical or serious Environmental incident.
• Participate in Risk assessments, manage administrative part.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in chemical/environment engineer plus occupational health and Safety 
• At least 1-3 years of experience in environment or sustainability scope. 
• Has experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry. 
• Has knowledge of ESG, Higg, BEPI, etc. 
• Familiar with ISO 14001:2015, It will be a preference. 
• Fluent English language is a plus.
