Facility Engineer

Job Description

A facility engineer plans, implements, and develops long-term plans and solutions to manage building systems and utilities. They ensure that the capacity of the infrastructure and quality of building services support the needs and operations of the business. Their core responsibility is to inspect and maintain the building's electrical distribution, HVAC ,Ventilation, Fire Fighting, compressed Air...especially Waste Water Treatment System . Needs to handle work orders, renovation projects, and upgrades to keep the systems in excellent working conditions. Also participate in cost estimation and budget management. The facility engineer reports and addresses equipment failures and other technical issues. Need to check the organization's code compliance and take part in risk management procedures
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Facility Engineer as the subject-matter expert is required to manage maintenance for all facilities and adopt new technologies to improve facility systems and facility capability indices.
2.Facility Engineer is responsible for developing a management system to ensure operation meets both internal and external parties' quality requirements.
3. Facility Engineer has to take the lead in managing cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing process improvement projects.
4.Facility Engineer needs to possess an analytical mind and leadership skills to steer the team to perform their best and achieve the desired organizational outcomes.

This position will be based in SHTP Factory and sometimes relocation to Binh Duong Factory (launching in June 2025). Shuttle bus from District 1, 7, 10, Go Vap/Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer
• 5 years or above working experience in facility system in Manufacturing
• Experienced in Construction Industry is a plus
• Industry manufacturing knowledge
• Teamwork, Communication & organization skills
• Fluent in reading and written English, good and smoothly spoken English is required.
• Other Abilities Knowledge of Excel, Auto Cad, PLC .. is a plus.
