Finance Specialist

Job Description

Bewell Sai Gon Health Clinic Company LTD; a member of IFF Holdings, specializes in Medical. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Finance Specialist position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

2. Conduct financial analysis and present findings to management.

3. Develop, manage, and update the annual budget.

4. Monitor budget adherence and provide financial forecasts.

5. Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

6. Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

7. Analyze and recommend cost-saving strategies.

8. Support financial planning for new initiatives and expansions.

9. Develop and review pricing strategies for clinic services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

10. Calculate pricing for services based on cost structures, market trends, discount programs and competitor pricing.

11. Ensure that pricing strategies align with the clinic’s financial goals and patient demographic.

12. Incentive program structures and calculations.

13. Reports on the impact and effectiveness of discount programs

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Audit.
• At least 2 years experience as the same position in the hospital/clinic.
• Understanding of Accounting & costing methods and techniques
• Working knowledge of GL, ERP system
• Good communication skills in dealing with internal contacts.
• Good at detail, analysis and action-oriented.
• Fluently in English

• Good in computer office skill, i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, word, etc.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure.
