General Accountant/ Kế toán tổng hợp

Job Description

- Prepare loan records, monitor and reconcile bank and internal loans.

- Check and guide the accounting of Accountants on accounting software.

- Make declarations of Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax

- Check and reconcile accounting books between detailed books and general books.

- Control the situation of revenue, expenses, receivables and payables.

- Conduct regular and periodic checks of bank sub-books with bank accounts, company cash fund with cash accounts.

- Record transactions related to General Accounting such as salaries, insurance, personal income tax, allocation of fixed assets, depreciation of fixed assets, etc.

- Collect daily revenue and expenditure reports.

- Make cost reports, including cost control reports for the parent company.

- Deal with tax authorities, banks, treasuries and relevant agencies.

- Regularly update tax and accounting regulations.

- Arrange and store accounting department records.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

- University graduate with majors in finance, corporate accounting, and related fields;

- 03- 06 years of experience in a comparable job;

- An agile style, a nice demeanor, effective communication, and information transmission abilities;

- Enthusiastic, committed, self-controlling, careful, detailed, and work-responsible;

- Excel and accounting software proficiency required;

- Good command of English and the ability to write reports in English are required.

- Priority given to candidates with SAP experience and logistics field.
