- Receive customer information (retail customers, or airline ticket agents) via calls to make ticket booking requests, flight transfers as well as Additional service updates.
- Update ticket registration information or transfer customer service at our system related data system.
- Answer questions and provide information related to our service policies Vietjet Airlines, at the same time, responds to complaints, complain (if any) and transfer the request to a higher level handling department (if need).
- Prerequisite: Good attitude. Have a spirit of inquiry: be willing to listen and absorb new values to innovate and develop.
- Fluency in English (Speaking & Listening)
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Be meticulous and careful with information in performing work.
- The voice has no errors or regional accents.
- Interest or desire to gain experience in service activities professional customers.
