We are seeking a Director of Business Development who can lead brand-building initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage the overall customer portfolio independently, handle various projects simultaneously, and adeptly identify key issues that need resolution.
Job Description
Strategy
Develop unit strategy (at corporate and business level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy.
Take a holistic view of projects and activities, identifying future opportunities for growth and expansion and enhance PMAX competitive advantages
Product development
Lead product development to discover client’s pain points, opportunities and gap in the market
Work with vertical team, function team,… to develop and build comprehensive solutions, best practices to address all clients’ needs for creative
Lead and influence the projects team to test, validate and feedback for all updates from solution team
Growth (BD & marketing)
Work closely with Growth team to build a GTM plan to build brand awareness and acquire new clients for creative solution
Develop BD strategy for the solution and follow up with BD team on execution.
Proactive engage with key clients to improve existing services, in order to drive profitable client relationships
Operation, P&L management
Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution.
Representative of PMAX when it comes to creative business including meeting clients, pitching, reviewing,…
Coordinate to enhance client understanding, client performance and relationships.
Find/assess/manage vendors related to the solution field.
Lead Creative crews to achieve business objectives

Must have
5+ years experience in digital marketing/ or business to grow the business
2+ years experience in managing people
Analytical and problem solving skills are the MUST
Have passion with Creative business
Entrepreneurial mindset
Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Constantly inspired to improve ways of doing things to eliminate recurring problems and pain points
Good to have
Experienced in Product development is a plus
