Job Summary:
The Head of the Department of Culture and Training at MRS Group will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a positive organizational culture and enhance training programs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous learning, professional development, and cultural engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the department’s strategic plan in alignment with MRS Group’s mission and vision.
Lead initiatives that promote organizational culture, values, and employee engagement.
Training and Development:
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization.
Oversee the creation of training materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
Cultural Promotion:
Foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
Organize cultural events and activities that enhance team spirit and organizational identity.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and cultural initiatives.
Engage with external partners and organizations to promote best practices in culture and training.
Performance Management:
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and cultural initiatives.
Provide regular reports to senior management on departmental performance and outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the culture and training team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role focused on culture and training.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs and cultural initiatives.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Proficiency in utilizing technology and tools for training and development.
