Position Overview:
Support Head of HR on HR daily operation, develop and upgrade HR Process & System in the area of staffing, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & employee relations etc.
Responsibilities:
· Act as HR Business Partner to provide all round of HR support for all depts in our local factory
· Responsible for full operations of recruitment, interview and evaluate applicants and refer the most suitable candidates to appropriate supervisors for employment consideration
· Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and disputes, and promoting a positive working environment
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
· Collect market best practice and internal feedback on HR policies, statistics, and analysis of related data for management review and continuous improvement on HR process and services
· Collaborate with the China team to provide support in human resources and administration to relevant parties, not only VN entities in case of need;
· Ensure compliance of HR practice with local laws and regulations;
· Supervise daily administrative operations, manage office resources, and ensure efficient utilization
· Other tasks assigned by Superior
· With passion, proactive and willing to take new challenges.
· Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
· With can-do attitude and ability of thinking out-of-the box.
· Excellence proficiency in MS office including excel and PowerPoint.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
