Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR & Administration Manager (Manufacturing):
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, retain, and onboard top talent.
Handling with problems at work and providing solutions that follow business guidelines. and labor regulations.
Encourage employee engagement and a positive work environment.
Build and execute systems for performance evaluation, making sure they are in line with
Provide coaching, guidance, and development plans to managers and employees
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Identify and implement training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and leadership abilities.
Develop and drive programs to improve company culture and employee satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and address any workplace safety concerns
Leads and Develops Administrative Team: Manages a team of administrative officers, providing training and development to boost their performance and skills.
Oversees Daily Operations: Supervises daily administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Job Requirement
Male/Female, Age: Under 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Having 05 years of experience in Human Resources/Administrative Management , with at least 02+ years in a management role.
