Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Financial knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English & Korean
Preference
Preferable with Payroll experience, knowledgeable about relevant regulations and processes.
Demonstrated flexibility and innovative thinking, able to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Proficient in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and labor regulations, adept at resolving disputes and conflicts
1. Korean Language Preference:
(Best) Proficiency in all aspects of business communication (reading, speaking, listening, and writing).
(At Least) Ability to read and write in Korean for business purposes.
2. Collaboration
The role involves working with two members of the Global HR team at the headquarters. Local HR management tasks will be handled by the local manager.
3. Experience and Responsiveness
We prefer candidates with proactive experience in HR and General Affairs, especially in a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to provide quick solutions.
4. Payroll Experience
While we currently use payroll services and plan to continue doing so for the time being, we prefer candidates who have direct experience with payroll management without relying on external providers. Alternatively, we value candidates who have a strong willingness to handle payroll directly after joining the company.
