HR General Assistant – Supervisor Level

Objective:

• Ensure compliance in HR & EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)
• Implement EHS activities in compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and corporate policies.
• Assist management in audits from internal/external parties

Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

2.1. EHS

• Implement Company EHS programs and develop facility-specific procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Lead/support the implementation of requirements, programs, and audits from customers.
• Lead projects or programs as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

2.2. General HR Tasks

• Advise the team to strengthen compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs and interviewing staff-level candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS and general HR.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary: Up to 17 million (gross)
