Job Description

Support posting job ads, receiving and screening candidate applications for factory positions.

Hỗ trợ đăng tin, tiếp nhận và sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên cho các vị trí trong nhà máy.

Arrange interview schedules and contact candidates.

Sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và liên hệ ứng viên.

Assist in updating and maintaining employee records, labor contracts, and personnel data.

Hỗ trợ cập nhật, lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân sự, hợp đồng lao động và dữ liệu nhân viên.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

Able to work full-time.

Có thể làm việc full-time.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills, careful, proactive, and highly responsible.

Willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
