We are a leading garment manufacturing enterprise with large-scale operations and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. We seek an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources and Admin functions, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business and organizational development needs
Develop and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term manpower planning
Establish and lead programs to build organizational competencies and drive workforce development
Design and implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
Build leadership capabilities across management levels to improve organizational performance
Optimize the HR budget for maximum efficiency and value
Oversee all HR and administrative operations: company regulations, HR policy, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, disciplinary actions, foreign labor management, general administration, and on-site clinic
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Code and customer standards
Lead the development and monitoring of the annual HR budget
Develop and manage HRIS to support data-driven HR decision-making
Advise the Board of Directors on HR development and organizational planning
Build and train a competent HR & Admin team to support company strategy
Plan for talent succession aligned with the company’s future growth
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the garment industry.
· In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.
· Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.
· Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proven track record of managing HR functions in large-scale organizations (3,000+ employees).
· Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
