Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Develop, implement, and manage a competitive compensation and benefits system that aligns with market standards and the household appliance distribution industry.
Develop, manage, and operate the annual budget for each department and for the entire company.
Monitor, review, and update the Board of Management (BOM) on personnel costs.
Manage the performance evaluation system (KPIs, OKRs) and a transparent mechanism for salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.
Analyze and evaluate work performance and track labor metrics to increase labor productivity.
Develop and optimize benefit policies to attract and retain talent.
Build and maintain fair and consistent relationships with employees.
Serve as an advisor on labor relations matters throughout the company.
Learning & Organization Development (L&OD):
Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and improve organizational structure and the functions and responsibilities of departments to optimize operational efficiency.
Implement programs to assess and enhance personnel capabilities and career development paths.
Manage succession planning to ensure the stability and development of strategic human resources.
Manage the training and development process for personnel at all levels.
Implement talent retention strategies and develop internal human resources.
Corporate Culture:
Build and develop a corporate culture that aligns with the company‘s core values and direction.
Implement employee engagement programs to improve the employee experience.
Develop plans for internal events to promote morale and enhance engagement.
Manage internal communications to ensure connection and alignment on company culture.
AI Application in Human Resources Management:
Explore and apply AI to HR activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and training.
Develop and optimize the HR Tech system to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
Analyze HR data to make strategic decisions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRM position, preferably with experience in the household appliance distribution industry, retail, or related industries. Experience working for Vietnamese companies is required.
In-depth knowledge of OD, C&B, Resource Planning, and Corporate Culture.
Experience implementing AI technology in human resource management is an advantage.
Good communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with multiple departments.
Communicate information clearly, encourage feedback, and build an open work environment.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, candidates, and HR organizations in the industry.
