IMPORT STAFF

Job Description

• Following import orders from relevant departments to make sure import process and delivery to required factories in time.
• Check & confirm the documentation to suppliers.
• Using Customs system (ECUS5) to make customs declaration for import shipment and Customs declaration report monthly
• Working with other parties to ensure import shipment is delivered in time/ as delivery plan
• Handle customs issues or support Service company to explain to Customs to limit issues for import/export shipments.
• Handling payment of import charges to Accounting team and update timeline to vendors if needed.
• Prepare documents and internal process for Customs Audit/annual Customs Audit
• Support Accounting Department to control customs liquidation report and upload report to customs systems directly

Job Requirement

Experience working in EPE company is preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in international trade

Language: English fluently

Computing: Microsoft office (Words/Excel/PP file), SAP systems, Customs systems

Experience in customs declaration, FTA & C/O application knowledge is preferred.

Previous experience working with Customs brokers, forwarders, transport providers and international partners preferred.
