1. Creator management: Classify creators based on criteria such as type, category, product range, commission & booking fee. Develop and maintain strong relationships with each creator, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
2. Creator acquisition: Identify & recruit high-potential creators through various channels, onboarding them into the OP network to expand the pool of creator
3. Campaign management: Monitor creators’ involvement in brand campaigns, collaborating with the AFF team to ensure good performance, including controlling creator budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, achievement of GMV and a positive ROI
4. Monitor and analyze creator performance data and campaign results to identify key learnings, paint points & areas for improvement.
5. Paperwork & payments: Handle paperwork and follow up on payments for creators to ensure timely processing.
6. Performance Reporting: Track and report on both creator and project performance to Senior & Manager, including progress status, action plans, providing insights and solution for improvement to Senior & Manager.
