IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Design and implement system infrastructure solutions.

• Manage and maintain server environments, including both physical and virtual servers. (Nutanix Virtual System, NAS)

• Provides uninterrupted operation of network infrastructure, systems, telephony, and cyber security operations. (Cisco Switches/Routers, Aruba Wi-Fi, Nutanix Virtual System, 3CX, Palo Alto)

• Manage and operate the WAN-LAN network (Palo Alto, Duo VPN, VPN tunnel, Lease-line, E1 Telephone Line).

• Oversees the IT cybersecurity program including regular assessments, audits, monitoring, update patches, and remediation of all IT systems. (Qualys, CrowdStrike, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Azure, Zero Trust, PAM, DLP, Exabeam, Zabbix).

• Responsible for the IT Disaster Recovery plan including regular testing of the system and documented procedures on standing up the system in the event of a disaster. (Commvault Backup, Nutanix Virtual System, Palo Alto).

• Maintains the IT Policies, Procedures and ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and compliance. (GISG, Data Personal Protection, degree 09/2020/TT-NHNN)

• Works with vendors to ensure the IT Infrastructure provides sufficient resources to deliver the desired level of business performance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience

• Experience with OS and platforms such as Windows, Oracle Linux, Oracle Cloud.

• Experience with system tools like Nutanix, Microsoft, Palo Alto, DLP, PAM, Commvault.

• Strong knowledge of system security and best practices.

• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Have good organization, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

• Good English communication.
