Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough chief accountant to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a corporate accounting practice, including overseeing taxes. You must be highly accurate and efficient, utilizing your vast knowledge ensuring that consistent, accurate accounting services are being performed to present the correct financials to the management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and make booking all cash and non-cash transactions of the company;

• Perform timely accounting entries and creation of required documents;

• Ensure accurate payments of obligations and collections of receivables;

• Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise;

• Communicate the Company's financial situation by analyzing liabilities, preparing profit and loss statements, and indicate necessary corrective actions with Chief Accountant

• Other finance and accounting responsibilities.

Job Requirement

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field;

• 3+ years of full-time work experience in Accounting Field;

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)

• Excellent MS Excel skills;

• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail;

• Experience with accounting software such as FAST

• Experience with general ledger functions.
