Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling Protective Coatings products to new/existing by developing strong customer relationships by utilizing Jotun sales tools and techniques to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for designated accounts by regularly visiting clients, providing timely advice on appropriate painting systems, strengthening the “Buy Sell Hierarchy,” and building long-term partnerships. Maintain good relationships, understand customer needs, and meet their expectations.
Expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers and enhancing relationships with existing accounts to increase market coverage.
Be accountable for individual sales targets by initiating and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure target achievement.
Manage customer contracts by negotiating and finalizing agreements in accordance with the Authority Matrix and company procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations.
Draft, amend, and archive contracts and supporting documents issued by Jotun, customers, and other relevant parties.
Lead team coordination on designated projects by directing overall follow-up with involved parties to achieve successful outcomes.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
University degree in a relevant field;
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Paints, Construction, or related industries;
Good command of English and proficient computer skills.

Contract management: Experience in managing contracts, agreements, and pricing negotiations;
Proactive approach: Approaching customers/projects with a hunting mindset/spirit;
Good reporting: Ability to provide concise and effective reports.
