• Ensure quality control of chat interactions with KOLs by managing and supervising the team and build a strong scripting and keeping them updated. • Research and build relationships with KOLs, aligning engagement strategies with project goals. • Communicate with agencies, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination. • Oversee accurate KOL payments, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with protocols. • Oversee the administrative tasks related to KOL partnerships and project execution. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project status and KOL engagement. • Act as the first point of escalation for any issues or challenges, escalating to higher levels as necessary. • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management. • Manage all project phases, ensuring smooth execution.
Job Requirement
• Strong experience in call center operations and or customer service management. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields (advanced degrees/certifications are a plus) • Experience in KOL or influencer marketing is a plus and successful project execution. • Fluent English skills for effective internal and external communication. • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail. • Ability to adapt strategies based on trends and feedback. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in data analysis, making data-driven decisions, and using analytics tools.
