• Providing advice on Legal issue in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s Policy, Regulation and Guideline.
• Performing legal review for the Company’ contracts/agreement and sales and promotional materials in line with the Company’s Policy, Regulation and Guideline.
• Updating and coordinating impact analysis of new/changed key Law and regulation to the Company’s business/operation timely.
• Preparing Company dossiers (under legal regulations on enterprises, insurance).
• Monitoring the Company’s Policies, Regulations & Guidelines (PRG) in line with local Law/regulation and Head Office/Regional Company’s PRG
• Other administration tasks
2. Relationship with regulator
• Monitoring all inward/outward official letters from/to regulator
Job Requirement
- College/University degree in law;
- English fluency
- At least 03-year experience in insurance, corporate legal, compliance or professional advisory
- Good understanding in law and regulation.
- Understanding on insurance business and operation is a plus.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
