· Define the product strategy and roadmap and develop the core positioning and messaging for the product via market research data and competitor/ consumer survey.
· Work closely with R&D and Factory to finalize taste and formulation and deliver product with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
· Set pricing to meet consumer’s expectation and company’s revenue and profitability goals
· Work with external third parties such as creative designer, analysis center, packaging supplier, legal agent to develop packaging and ensure product legal complies with local regulation.
· Be an expert with respect to the competition via Market data analysis (Nielsen) and internal data analysis.
· Develop sales tools, brief, and train the sales force on a regular basis.
· Execute Marketing activities to support product success at Point of sales.
. Prepare and consolidate concern reports following director’s requests.
Job Requirement
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher level in Business Adminstration, Marketing or related fields
· At least 8-year experience in sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, trade marketing in FMCG or F&B or related industries and at least 3 years in Assistant Manager level
· Good command of English or Japanese
· Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
· Familiar with qualitative and quantitative research, Nielsen data analysis is preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be able to work independently and excellent teamwork skills
