Ecommerce Sales: In charge of optimizing product listings on ecommerce platforms, managing product pricing, promotion, inventory, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
New Product Development: Support idea generation, screening, research, develop product positioning strategies…, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.
Customer Satisfaction Survey: Develop and implement surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Trade Marketing:
POSM Management: Develop, supplier sourcing, and manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) to enhance product visibility and drive sales at outlets.
Trade Activation: Develop and execute activations: sampling, trade fair… to meet trade marketing objectives.
Trade promotion: In charge of registration, announcement of trade promotions to stakeholders, setting up trade schemes on system. Make reports and evaluation for trade promotions to generate insights and recommended actions.
TradeAudit: To ensure compliance with regulations and maximize program effectiveness.
Job Requirement
Experience / skills required:
At least 2 years of experience with proven track record in marketing department (Trade, Brand, CMI…)
Effective communication
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; able to handle data and analysis.
Proactive, can-do attitude, energetic and entrepreneurial
Fluent Vietnamese and good English (Upper Intermediate or above)
