Job Description
1. Engagement Merchandising
•Collaborate with Categories Managers to select new highlighted product assortments
•Design and execute Merchandising programs and initiatives specifically targeted at internal and external to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
•Take care of Top segmentation, coordinate with marketing teams to support on designs and master guidelines
•Identify engagement needs and tailor activities to meet business plan periodically.
•Develop compelling content for various communication channels (e.g., social media, POSM, etc.) and ensure consistent messaging.
•Develop and implement merchandise plans based on sales trends.
•Manage and update the retail and competitor calendar to align with merchandising strategies.
•Prepare and present merchandising performance reports
2. Plan and Organize Activation
•Align, coordinate with Sales & TMG team and develop comprehensive plans for external activation activities for customers, sales team with various theme for each month like School activation or MT sampling.
•Plan, organize and take responsibilities for end-to-end process.
•Oversee all aspects of activation management including logistics, budgeting.
•Give instructions/guideline for sales team to organize activation at regional level with standard requirements throughout company level.
•Hand-on Audit process & tracking
3. Sales and Communication Activities
• Internal/external communication for Merchandising/Activation campaign.
• Coordinate to execute new product launching .
• Supervise the design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional materials.
• Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to enhance message effectiveness.
• Manage and assist in the creation of POSM, sales-kit, gifts, brochure,… etc. to support sales team activities
Job Requirement
·2 – 3 years in merchandising and activation, or a related field.
·Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field,
·Innovative thinking to design, develop various of merchandising and activities.
·Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service.
·Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and event requirements.
·Strong understanding of the MT/GT landscape, consumer behavior and market trends.
·Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
·Well-organizational and multitasking abilities.
·Work under high pressure and tight timelines to effectively conduct massive nationwide programs.
·Results-oriented, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
·Be open minded and always hunger for new ideas; High-energy, can-do attitude
·Willing to travel and English is required.
