Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:
· Plan the full package of digital marketing as a solution for clients.
· Responsible for the daily running of all searches, social, and display advertising campaign.
· Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS, CAC, CPO ...)
· Identify trends and insight and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
· Plan, execute and measure experiment and conversion tests.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience/behavior.
· Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
· Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed.
· Have ability to work under pressure (big big pressure).
· Analytical skill & problem solving skill.
· Project management skill with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good to have:
· At least 1 year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
· At least 1 year experience in Onsite Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads ...
