Nhân Viên Kế Toán Kiêm Hành Chính (Acountant)

Job Description

• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Record and report all income and expense transactions, depreciation, liabilities, and tax-related entries accurately in line with company standards.

• Data Collection and Processing: Gather, verify, and process accounting data and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy for each transaction.

• Document Review: Monitor and validate all financial documents and invoices, checking for compliance with legal and internal standards.

• Tax Reporting: Prepare and file VAT and personal income tax declarations (GTGT, TNCN) to ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.

• Social Insurance and Health Insurance: Handle social and health insurance reporting (BHXH, BHYT) and maintain compliance with local regulations.

• Invoice Management and Data Entry: Issue invoices for transactions and enter financial data accurately into the system.

• Reporting and Analysis: Compile, analyse, and reconcile financial reports; prepare internal accounting summaries and detailed reports for senior management.

• Financial Statements and Tax Finalization: Prepare financial statements, finalise corporate income tax (TNDN), and individual income tax (TNCN) calculations.

• Additional Reports: Create various financial and operational reports as requested by management to support strategic decision-making.

• Thu thập và Xử lý Dữ liệu: Thu thập, xác minh và xử lý dữ liệu và hồ sơ kế toán, đảm bảo tính đầy đủ và chính xác cho mỗi giao dịch.

• Xem xét Tài liệu: Theo dõi và xác thực tất cả các tài liệu và hóa đơn tài chính, kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn pháp lý và nội bộ.

• Báo cáo Thuế: Chuẩn bị và nộp tờ khai VAT và thuế thu nhập cá nhân (GTGT, TNCN) để đảm bảo nộp thuế kịp thời và chính xác.

• Bảo hiểm Xã hội và Bảo hiểm Y tế: Xử lý báo cáo bảo hiểm xã hội và y tế (BHXH, Bảo hiểm Y tế) và duy trì việc tuân thủ các quy định của địa phương.

• Quản lý Hóa đơn và Nhập Dữ liệu: Phát hành hóa đơn cho các giao dịch và nhập dữ liệu tài chính chính xác vào hệ thống.

• Báo cáo và Phân tích: Biên soạn, phân tích và đối chiếu các báo cáo tài chính; chuẩn bị tóm tắt kế toán nội bộ và báo cáo chi tiết cho ban quản lý cấp cao.

• Báo cáo tài chính và Quyết toán thuế: Chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính, hoàn thiện tính toán thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp (TNDN) và thuế thu nhập cá nhân (TNCN).

• Báo cáo bổ sung: Tạo nhiều báo cáo tài chính và hoạt động khác nhau theo yêu cầu của ban quản lý để hỗ trợ việc ra quyết định chiến lược.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in accounting, preferably within an e-commerce, retail, or related sector.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and a strong understanding of local tax laws and regulations. Familiarity with e-commerce finance systems is an advantage.

• Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous, organised, and capable of maintaining data integrity.

• Responsibility and Integrity: Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.

• Analytical Abilities: Able to perform data analysis, spot discrepancies, and provide insights for management decisions.

• Bằng cấp: Bằng cử nhân Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan là bắt buộc.

• Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 2-3 năm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, tốt nhất là trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử, bán lẻ hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Kỹ năng chuyên môn: Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán, MS Excel và hiểu biết sâu sắc về luật và quy định thuế địa phương. Quen thuộc với các hệ thống tài chính thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế.

• Chú ý đến chi tiết: Rất tỉ mỉ, có tổ chức và có khả năng duy trì tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu.

• Trách nhiệm và chính trực: Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, bảo mật và tiêu chuẩn đạo đức trong việc xử lý thông tin tài chính nhạy cảm.
