We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager (On-trade/ Horeca) to join our team in the Luxury industry in Vietnam (Cigar & Spirits). The Key Account Manager will focus on establishing exceptional offer/combo and opening new accounts in 5* Hotel/ Big Accounts.
Responsibilities:
Open new accounts and grow distribution network as well sales volume.
Maintain and grow existing customers.
Introduce new products, convince customers, and follow up till getting the final results.
Providing smart offer/combo deal to size up our coverage with product availability & sustainable listing & volume driven.
Achieve revenue target for customers allocated and prospects.
Maintains relationships with customers.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities).
Make and keep updated internal reports (Universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customers’ issue, contracts, etc.).
Manage sales forecast for allocated customers + prospect.
Private customers: build and develop private customers for premium products segment.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager & BODs.
Job Requirement
Job requirements
- University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics and Foreign Trade.
- Have at least 3 years of working as same position in FMCG, F&B, Tobacco, or Wine & Beer industry.
- Experienced in dealing/working with 5* Hotel (MUST HAVE).
- Team skills & leadership skills.
- Making decision & problem-solving skills.
- Effective presentation & Negotiation skills.
