1. In charge of daily operations related to precision ag systems, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal performance. This includes:
Updating system settings, updating software, extracting data for operational needs and troubleshooting in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
Document system operation manuals and train the new operator on operating the systems.
In charge of analyzing data related to system performance, operational results to ensure continuous improvement of the system's effectiveness.
2. Participate in projects related to precision ag and agriculture digitalization as a member. This includes:
Analyze and propose suitable solutions for Agro-S ecosystems relating to GIS, Auto guidance & steering, and data management platform.
Conduct trials to assess the compatibility of the proposed solutions, from setup and functional testing to the final summary report, evaluating how well the system meets the specified requirements and objectives.
Documenting the current operational workflow and templates to be the basics for the fine-tuning and participating in building the to-be design of the new systems.
Conduct training and transfer knowledge to operators for each new system and provide advisory services to customers.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Good communication skills and good English skills, both written and verbal, with an IELTS score of 5.5 or above (or equivalent).
Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of agricultural practices and operations is a plus, but not required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
Comfortable with technology and software systems; ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
Strong interest in agriculture and technology, with a willingness to learn about precision ag systems.
