The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in driving mass recruitment efforts, enhancing employer branding strategies, and sourcing qualified pharmacists for monthly new store openings and replacement hiring. This position is integral to supporting the growth of a health technology company by ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent while maintaining a strong organizational presence in the job market.
Key Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes to meet monthly hiring targets.
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns tailored to attract top talent across diverse roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Pharmacist Sourcing for New Store Openings:
Identify and recruit qualified pharmacists to support monthly store openings.
Build sustainable talent pipelines through partnerships with educational institutions, professional networks, and industry events.
Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements for pharmacist hires.
Replacement Hiring:
Oversee replacement hiring processes to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for quick replacements when necessary.
Employer Branding:
Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the health technology sector.
Organize career fairs, social media campaigns, and engagement activities to attract candidates.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience ratings.
Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on mass recruitment or healthcare-related sectors.
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks).
