A general understanding of assembly equipment is required.
Must understand the characteristics of the tools used in each process.
Must understand the assembly drawing (OMS) and carry out accurate assembly.
Must be able to match the assembled assembly with the assembly drawing.
Must understand the cautionary statements indicated on the assembly drawing (OMS)
Must consider the causes and solutions to problems that occur during assembly.
Work must be carried out in accordance with the changed work schedule.
2) MH/Prep staff
· Must be able to compare the specifications in the report with the actual part.
· Must be able to compare the part name with the actual product.
· Need to know what work you are being assigned to do.
· Requires understanding of assembled finished products.
· You must keep a record of all your work.
3) PC staff
· Requires a general understanding of assembly equipment.
· Ensure that assembly is progressing according to schedule.
· The current assembly status must be monitored and reflected in the additional schedule in accordance with changes in the shipping schedule.
· Records of all history are required.
· Perform other assigned duties.
Job Requirement
Ability to read schematics.
If possible, preference will be given to those with at least 1 years of experience in semiconductor electrical system manufacturing/production/assembly.
