Production Planning Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities for Ensuring a Smooth Flour Milling, Blending, Packing, Storage, and Delivery Process:

• Ensure that the Blending & Packing team accurately processes the correct products and quantities by creating and managing Blending & Packing Orders.
• Ensure the timely execution of delivery schedules by confirming the Daily Delivery Schedule with the Logistics, Sales, Delivery, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure all involved transactions are fully completed in accordance with SAP requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze data, including sales orders.
• Create packing plans and manage the packing process orders to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports as job requirement.

Monitor production progress to make appropriate adjustments and ensure production progress is controlled:

• Continuously monitor the progress of blending and packing operations, making timely adjustments and updates as needed to ensure smooth execution.
• Track flour inventory levels and adjust the production plan in alignment with the sales forecast to meet demand efficiently.
• Oversee packaging inventory to ensure sufficient stock is available for uninterrupted production.

Job Requirement

• University degree; Major in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Engineering
• 1-3 years of working experience 
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
• Good computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Good knowledge of analysis and planning
