Job Description
- Coordinate the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services required by the company including making recommendations to users on type or availability and costs (considering cost/benefit effectiveness and efficiency).
- In charge of specification, administer written or verbal contracts and quotations, negotiate, and seek new sources of suppliers
- Maintain a centralized list that classified according to supplies or services provided
- Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and purchasing documentation. Serve as a liaison for internal and external audits
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
1. Education requirement: University Degree
2. Specialty requirement: University Degree in economics, business administration, foreign trade or relevant
3. Specific requirement other:
- Male/Female
- English Proficient written and oral(equivalent to IELTS 6.0 and above)
- At least 3 years working experiences in Purchasing/ Import-Export
- Computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
- Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure, hard working
- Good communication skill
- Work place: Vina Paper Co., Ltd- Tân Chi-Tiên Du-Bắc Ninh
