Develop and execute recruitment plans and processes.
Post, search, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
Manage candidate data, recruitment reports and employer branding.
Support other HR-related tasks.

University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Good communication and candidate assessment skills, proficient in office software.

Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
