1. Regulatory Advisory:
· Provide regulatory advice to the pharmacy chain system on issues related to business operations, including: licensing, drug purchase and sale, advertising, human resources, taxes, etc.
· Draft and review regulatory documents and procedures related to pharmacy operations.
· Participate in negotiations and resolve disputes arising during business operations.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
· Establish and implement a regulatory compliance system for the pharmacy chain system.
· Monitor and update changes in legislation and guidance for application within the pharmacy chain system.
· Ensure that all activities of the pharmacy chain system comply with legal regulations.
3. Regulatory Risk Management:
· Assess regulatory risks in the pharmacy chain system's operations.
· Propose solutions to prevent and mitigate regulatory risks.
· Handle regulatory violations.
4. Management of the Regulatory Relations Department:
· Lead and manage the Regulatory Relations Department, including: training, job assignment, performance evaluation.
· Develop strategies and objectives for the Regulatory Relations Department.
· Manage the department's budget and resources.
5. Support for Other Departments:
· Provide regulatory support to other departments in the pharmacy chain system as needed.
· Participate in projects and general activities of the pharmacy chain system.

3. Work Experience
· At least 5 years of experience working in the legal field, especially in the pharmaceutical sector, retail.
· Experience managing a legal department or experience working in a large organization.
4. Foreign language: Proficient in English
