Reporting Accountant

Job Description

* Summary: She/He helps finance & Accounting manager with administrative and financial tasks, including invoicing, budget drafting, issuing purchase orders, and implementing and managing procurement processes, monthly financial reports and filing the company's taxes.

* Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the excution of financial duties, financial health and liquidity, including projects of company.

• Prepare the comprehenisve financial statement, reports, cashflow budgeting and planning for AIM ( Operation and Projects) to ensure steability of financially.

• Reviewing payments to internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage all accounting transactions, loans.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Performing and surpervising month end processes.

• Prepare reports required by regulatory authorities.

• Managing risks involved in financial activities

• Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.

• Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

• Work with Tax Auditor, External Audit

• Other tasks assigned by Finance and Accounting Manager.

Job Requirement

* Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Degree a similar position  

• Good interpersonal skills  

• Independent  

• Effective communication  

• Able to communicate in English both in written and oral 

• Standards of accounting, IFRS. 

• Standards of accounting and Service orientation. 

• Attention to detail 

• Service orientation. 

• Service orientation 

• Good Excel skill  

• Proficient in accounting software  

• Good analysis and desire to probe further in data 

• Deadline oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints good   

• Experience in similar role is an advantage
