Job Description

• Nhận thông tin từ bộ phận bán hàng để đưa ra đề xuất và báo giá cho dự án.

• Lọc các thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm để gửi mẫu theo yêu cầu của bộ phận bán hàng.

• Tóm tắt thông tin sản phẩm đã gửi trong báo giá cho từng khách hàng.

• Các yêu cầu khác liên quan đến hỗ trợ bán hàng.

• Receive information from sales to make proposals and quotes for the project.

• Filter the specifications of the product to submit samples according to the requirements of the sale.

• Summarize product information submitted to the quotation for each customer.

• Other requirements related to sales support.

Job Requirement

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sales Admin hoặc các vị trí tương đương.

• Có kỹ năng về phần mềm văn phòng: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, v.v. Đặc biệt là thành thạo Excel.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.

• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và làm việc độc lập tốt.

• Chủ động và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.

• Yêu cầu tiếng Anh.

• Độ tuổi: Không giới hạn.

• Mức lương: 9 đến 11 triệu dựa vào năng lực.

• College or higher majoring in Business Administration, or related majors.

• Priority is given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the position of Sales Admin or equivalent positions.

• Skills in using office software: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Especially, good at Excel.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• High ability to work in teams and work independently.

• Take initiative and responsibility at work.

• English is required.

• Age: No age limit.
