Key Responsibilities:
1. System Implementation and Commissioning:
- Commissioning of new handling and lifting systems at shipyards.
- Production follow-up at our suppliers in Vietnam.
2. Customer relations:
- In-house technical support for internal and external customers.
- Customer relations and close customer contact.
3. Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Technical support and remote assistance worldwide towards internal and external customers.
- Service, maintenance, and upgrades on Seaonics’ existing installed base.
- Technical support for existing systems in operation.
- Annual inspections of existing systems in operation.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
· Experience: Previous experience in maritime activities or control systems and drives is an advantage.
· Skills & Competencies:
o Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
o Passion for technical solutions and continuous learning.
o Service- and solution-oriented mindset to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
o Excellent teamwork skills, and a team player who shares best practices to support others in achieving goals and the best overall results for Seaonics.

· Other Requirements:
o Eligible to obtain a work visa for international assignments.
