Senior Assistant Brand Manager(Adult Milk)

Job Description

Senior Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with Brand Manager to help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies. (Category: Adult Milk)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with BM in strategy. actively propose half-year and quarterly plan
• Define and develop strategies to maximize brand potential
• Create and implement consumer and market development strategies
• Follow up and analyze the development of the brand (brand health, sales, market share) and propose suitable program with Brand Manager
• Develop and implement a specific competitive strategy
• Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring plans and campaigns are within agreed spending limits
• Managing and monitoring the budget for all brand marketing campaigns, including ensuring adherence to agreed spending limits for advertising campaigns, new product launch campaigns, etc
• Lead preparation of the brand plan, update, and long-range plan
• Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members
• High-level tactical planning
• Directly involve and take main responsibility in the execution of detailed action plan and activities (product innovation, marketing plan, ensuring on time in full launching, results, field check, and flexible action to ensure KPIs)

Conformation:
• Follow up marketing expenditures by assigned projects within the marketing budget.
Others:
• Take part in cross-functional Project as required;

Job Requirement

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Blachor in Economics, Communications, Marketing, Healthy Major and related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a similar position in the FMCG industry, healthy-focused company
• Strong analytical thinking, organizing, and communication skills
• Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented;
• Ambitious to grow, willing to learn, and be excellent in the marketing field.
• Passion for growth, experience in managing workload, and multiple projects to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Have the ability to work under high pressure
• Experienced in managing Brand development projects & Marketing activities: new product development.
