- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on matters related to business transformation and change management.

Job Requirement
· Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
· Experience/Industry requirements:
10+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, BIG4 or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and digital transformation.
