Being a Senior Content Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and effective communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communications align with our brand's voice and business objectives. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking & execution.
Job Description
a. 60% Creation and Development:
Identify target audiences and buyer personas to create content that resonates with them;
Map content to different stages of the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience;
Develop an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content creation and publication across various channels;
Develop comprehensive communication plans on various platform such as website, social media (main channel), paid media that align with the company's marketing strategy and business goals;
Write and edit various types of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, leaflets, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, SEO, Tiktok script...;
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create cohesive and creative content, especially storyboards, scripts for video production;
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities;
Provide expert guidance on messaging, branding, and positioning of products and services;
Oversee the creation and execution of creative content across various media platforms including digital, print, and social media;
Measure and report performance of all communication plans, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs);
Stay up-to-date with advancements in marketing and communications technology and techniques;
Manage external content of KOL/KOC during campaigns;
b. 20% Content Strategist:
Supporting and brainstorming ideas/concepts for content roadmap, and content calendar;
Supporting & reviewing the creative vendor’s outputs, ensuring brand consistency;
Acting as a local expert: Counseling about local trends, behaviors, and insights in Vietnam market;
Research industry-related topics, viral ideas, trending on the market and competitors to produce writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and fosters brand awareness;
Coordinating with designers to release visually appealing elements into digital campaigns;
Tracking content performance, adjusting content strategy based on manager directions.
c. 20% Others:
Collaborating with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver tasks;
Updating and reporting weekly/ monthly to the line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Linguistics, Multimedia communications or Public relation are preferred;
At least 2 years of experience in content creation with position Senior or similar;
Familiar with various social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Website, etc.);
Have successful content/script is a plus;
Strong know-how in building up communication strategies;
Excellent professional written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;
Excellent communication and presentation skills (by English or Chinese is a plus);
Keep all deadlines on time. Creativity mindset with a “Can-do” attitude;
Self-confident, pro-active, logical and eager to learn;
Hard-working, responsible, independent, be able to work under pressure.
