Senior Staff, Import - Export

Job Description

- Supervise and handle the progress of Import & Export orders (booking, Import & Export declaration, preparing shipping document…) and Import & Export taxes through the company.

- Cooperate with forwarding companies and customs broker to receive machinery, equipment, materials and accessories on time.

- Prepare, submit to and get import approvals from customs for import license of machinery, equipment, materials and accessories.

- Research and comply with legal requirements affecting export and import machinery, equipment, materials and accessories to and from overseas.

- Prepare & update all Import & Export documents in order to arrange required documents for shipment.

- Managing the data for analysis and report purpose.

- Communicate with local Customs and authority to organize the export procedures, regulations and/or C/O for shipment documentations.

- Coordinate with concern departments in the company to smoothly handle export shipments.

- Other tasks/projects assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirement

Education Background:  

-          College or University

Working Experience:

With 5 years or above of working experience in the position of export / import of textiles or garment manufacturing.

-          Experience of working in overseas manufacturing.

-          Familiar with Vietnam / China / Hong Kong’s Import/Export regulations

-          Good command written and spoken in English.  Knowledge in Chinese is a definite advantage.
