The Group Senior Talent Acquisition Executive role will support the Group TA team in three main approaches: direct recruitment, employer branding, and Human Resource Management System operations (HRMS). This role works closely with both internal stakeholders (HR departments and subsidiaries level) and external stakeholders (recruitment agencies, universities, and corporate partners).
Responsibilities 1. Direct Recruitment: (40%)
Being in charge of the end-to-end hiring process for all levels at Group Holdings, coordinating recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, and hosting candidates.
Gathering feedback after interviews and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the candidate experience during the hiring process to ensure a seamless and professional journey for all applicants.
Support line managers in annual recruitment planning and budgeting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and resource allocation.
Effectively operate and manage both internal channels (Recruitment Newsletters, Career Site) and external job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, CareerBuilders) by regularly updating new job openings and ensuring the consistent representation of Openasia's professional image.
2. Employer Branding: (20%)
Actively seeking employer branding opportunities and supporting employer branding activities, to increase the brand awareness of Openasia Group and the subsidiaries.
Prepare and develop employer branding materials, including digital content, presentations, and marketing collateral, to effectively showcase the company culture and values.
Acting as a contact point in working with corporate partners and representing Openasia spirit through professionalism and regard.
3. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) (30%)
Support the standardization and operations of the recruitment function in the HRMS, including managing the candidate database and hiring procedures.
Ensure the HRMS is effectively utilized to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
4. Other tasks assigned by line managers (10%)
Support talent management projects including learning & growth activities to develop and retain top talent within the organization.
Job Requirement
Bachelor or higher education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the HR field, especially in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Possess a result-oriented and human-centric mindset.
Be able to work under pressure.
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
