Senior Tax Accountant

Job Description

• Conduct research on tax laws and update relevant tax regulations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax compliance reports.
• Assist with tax audits and state audits for Wanek and its affiliated companies.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, including FCT, VAT, CIT, and Transfer Pricing.
• Support the VAT refund process and provide status updates to the Board of Directors.
• Consolidate information and provide explanations to the US team as needed.
• Supply information for Transfer Pricing preparation and review Corporate Income Tax finalization for Big 4 requirements.
• Research, prepare, and review official letters for Wanek and its affiliated companies on a case-by-case basis.
• Address system issues related to E-invoice issuance and delivery notes for internal warehouse transportation.
• Prepare monthly and annual statistical reports for Wanek.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance;

2. Experience:

• Strong experience in Tax Accounting & Analyzing;
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

3. Skills:

• Good English communication;
• Detail-oriented & willing-to-do mindset;
• Proficient in MS Offices and related Tax softwares;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
