Sample testing and evaluation: conduct testing and evaluations of ingredients, do prototypes and fomtulations to ensure they meet quality and requirements standard.
Collaboration and communication: work with internal teams, suppliers assigned by Lab Manager (If needed).
Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records of technical service activities, including reports on test results, customer, sale team, and suppliers feedback, and issue resolution.
Conduct test to evaluatee the quality of raw materials in processed products and finished products according to supplier guidelines and customer expectations.
Prepare and verify finished products: Prepare finished products to verify process conditions and optimize formulation guidelines for evaluating new products.
Prepare and submit technical reports based on the testing and evaluation of products and processes.
Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate and run new projects, ensuring the development of new products with customers.
Assist in collaborating with suppliers to organize and conduct technical training sessions or seminars for customers or sales team
Carry out tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager, ensuring work progress is on schedule
Job Requirement
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Life Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
English skills: good in communication and writing (preferred)
Practical working experience technologist (technical application) a lab in ingredient trading companies (preferred) for more than 1 year, or in the R&D department of food factories (required) from 3 – 5 years.
