The candidate will likely come from the electronics industry with manufacturing and warehouse management background. We are looking for the following attributes:
Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPI, coordinate with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure procedures and processes are up-to-date and executed accordingly.
Comply changes made by government and company, implementation and execution accordingly.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle physical counts; reconcile with ERP system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse.
Plans and implements new design layouts when it is required.
Inspects and maintains equipment; issues work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Provides coaching, counseling, and disciplining to employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Inventory accuracy.
Job Requirement
University or equivalent degree or above, automated and electronic professional.
Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse manager position.
Good English oral and writing ability.
Working experience in electronics factory is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of factory procedure and policy.
Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership qualities and logical minded.
Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
Positive attitude, team player, a good concept of cost control.
