Handle the recruitment activities under the management of superiors:
Support to write and make recruitment announcements.
Share recruitment announcements posted on Fanpage/ LinkedIn to approach more candidates.
Search candidates as employment requirement of related Department.
Arrange the interview: contact candidates, book meeting rooms, transportation, send the candidate list to related dept. to register entrance the factories, prepare test documents…
Support to recruit salesmen and workers
Monitor the completion of new employee files, archiving, and reporting.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
Support to input new employee information to HR system with managing of direct superiors.
Report to superiors about assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
A minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in similar position
Good interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in vietnamese and English) and negotiation skills
Positive “can-do” attitude & team player
Independent problem solver and autonomous
Well-organised and good at sourcing
Excellent MS Office skills
